Agro Centre Agronomist

Agronomist Services:

Weed identification, crop and weed staging, chemical inquiries, grower program information and completion, insect identification, problem solving in field, field walks, specialty crop information, and soil testing.

The Agronomists look after all agronomic information related to crop production. Please contact one of the Agronomists about any chemical questions.

Travis Olson, Assistant Crop Supply Manager

Travis received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000. He is a Professional Agrologist with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists and is currently on the executive of the Southwest Branch.

Carol Meister, Agrologist
Carol received her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the College of Agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan in 1983. She is a Professional Agrologist belonging to the Southwest Branch of the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists. Carol and her husband run a mixed farming operation south of Gull Lake.

Jennifer Garner, Agrologist

Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 2004 from the University of Saskatchewan. She comes from a family farm East of Saskatoon. Jennifer is a Professional Agrologist with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists and currently on the executive of the Southwest Branch.

Barb Thick, Agrologist

Barb convocated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 2000. She is a member of the Southwest Branch of the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists and a Certified Crop Advisor. Barb and her husband run a mixed farming operation west of Swift Current.
