Creamy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

* 1 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
* 4 Scallions
* 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsely
* 6 Sprigs of Thyme
* 8 Ounces Co-op Gold Cream Cheese
* 2 Cloves Garlic, pressed
* Salt & Pepper to taste
* Squeeze of Lemon Juice
* 1/2 Cup Walnuts, Sunflower Seeds or Almonds, chopped
* Nacho Chips on the side for dipping


Directions:

Drain the marinade from the artichoke hearts
Chop artichoke hearts finely. Add scallions, parsley, thyme, and leaves from stems. Set aside.
Mix Co-op Gold Cream Cheese with the sour cream, garlic, salt & pepper to taste and lemon juice.
Add chopped artichoke mixture to cream cheese mixture; add chopped nuts. Blend well, season to taste.
Refrigerate until ready to serve with nacho chips on the side.
